- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the network of contacts.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize business deals, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market analysis to the management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role within the industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and business strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome business challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- High level of motivation, self-initiative, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Living in mentioned area are preferred (Surabaya, Semarang, Medan)
