Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in achieving business targets set by management.
- Communicate with customers closely to follow up on new and existing businesses.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customers’ needs.
- Maintain database of current and potential customers and follow up to convert the leads into sales.
- Identify and participate with prompt replies on Customer’s Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- Generate Revenue growth, Gross Profit growth, Customers Acquisition growth for the company and division.
- Work closely with feeder, operator, liner, and carrier for availability of Vessel for shipping.
- Ensure timely and smooth submissions of documents.
- Ensure accurate submission of reports with overview of monthly business development activities to the management
- Work closely with the management and set up meetings for newest update.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in English ( Speaking, Writing, Reading )
- Ready to work according to target
- Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Have good skill in computer literacy ( Ms Office )
- Able to work with individually or teams
