Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Building / Interior Design
- 2 years of project management and related experience in Interior
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong analytical skills and able to read construction/ interior drawings
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful
- Own a vehicle
Responsibilities :
- Define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide time schedule and work plan
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Report and update due to the ongoing projects
