Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled and resolved effectively.
  • Maintaining the validity of customer data.
  • Ensuring all service standards and programs at the branch are properly implemented.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (any major)
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (any major), minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having an experience in Customer Service
  • Good personality
  • Have an excellent communicative skill
