Key Responsibility
- Planning for resources & facilities in conjunction with Production Head, to meet the business objectives
- Driving initiatives such as TQM deployment, TPM as per roadmap
- Review & monitor the production requirement & delivery as per the plan with optimal cost manufacturing, as well as the critical models / critical requirement
- Adherence to the Launch of new models as per project timelines
- Review the product/process quality as per the set quality parameters, ensuring customer satisfaction by producing the right product at the first time in the right quality & quantity
- Review and monitor the Cost parameters of the factory
- Capability Building of employees
- Ensure regular communication with the team to align with organizational Objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor in electrical, electronic or engineering with 8-10 year experience in automotive environment.
- Experience / Exposure to EV Manufacturing will be preferred (working within high standard of automotive production process)
- Able to demonstrate experience of working within design and development function
- Proficiency English in professional level
- Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills, time-management, problem-solver
