Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology/human resources/law, or any related major from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferable in human resource
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good knowledge of local HR practices and policies, incl. manpower law, social security/BPJS, and foreign employment
- Detail oriented with a good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Properly and professionally handles client’s confidential information and data
Job Description:
- Able to monitor and review all operation activities of the company, such us transportation & car management, building maintenance, security, cleaning service, household need as well as company internal / external service
- Follow and update change of Indonesian labor law and government regulation
- Understanding all human resource and general affairs function
- Understanding and expert Indonesian labor law and government regulation
