KUALIFIKASI :
- Usia maks. 40 Tahun
- Pendidikanminimal D3 Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer / Sistem informasi
- Pengalaman sebagai IT support minimal 2 tahun
- Menguasai system operasi windows serta aplikasi office
- Menguasai dan memahami jaringan network , LAN, VLAN, WAN, WIFI, dan simple Routing
- Menguasai dan memahami file sharing, printer sharing, setup dan troubleshootingnya.
- Mengerti dan mampu troubleshooting hardware dan software PC, Printer, Laptop, CCTV dan perangkat mobile lainnya
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dengan team.
- Dapat bekerja melebihi jam kerja apabila diperlukan.
