Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a License Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our retail stores operate within the bounds of Indonesian laws and regulations. You will be responsible for obtaining, renewing, and managing the various licenses and permits required for our store operations. This position will require a strong understanding of Indonesian regulations, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Description
- Arranges all legal authorization procedures related with the renovation, opening and operation of stores (permits and licenses).
- Point of contact for any governments concerns related to licenses and permit for the stores.
- Visits authorities if necessary.
- Be in contact with the Construction Officer and Site Finders to collect necessary documents for permits and licensing
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to retail operations – especially for standalone stores.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi area.
- Prior experience in a compliance, regulatory, or legal role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
