Job description
- Responsible for leading team to ensure delivery of new designs of product and or parts, from the concept stage to the development of prototypes through to finished products ready for manufacture.
- The job scope includes the area of component and vehicle designs to enhance the overall vehicle performance for the customer and environment.
- § Transforming concepts into prototypes for testing, validating, and improvement for ultimately mass volume production that meets costs, timing, and quality requirements.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering background, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial level experience in the automotive environment
- Proven track in working within design and development function
- Comfortable with hands-on engineering and possess strong knowledge of production processes
- Broad experience working in an automotive environment
- Proficiency English in professional level
- Strong negotiation skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven project management skills and Excellent communication skills
