Operations Manager Citimall Indramayu
Job Description:
Responsible for managing mall operations to ensure all operations of mall-related functions run appropriately as well as budgets, expenses, and its commercial/leasing sides in line with company strategies and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff and cooperate with relevant units in headquarters to ensure all operations-related functions and reports including but not limited to building maintenance & safety, permits, third-party vendors & outsourcing companies, budgets, expenses, and commercial/leasing sides in line with company strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 (three) years of managerial experience in mall/building management and operations.
- Has experience in mall management and properties as are advantages.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Civil).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Managerial skills and experience are a must.
- Employment status: Contract Basis.
