Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
- 5 years supervisory experience Production Planning, Inventory Control (especially automotive industry).
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
- Experience in Production plan, material requipment planning.
- Experience in Warehouse Management System.
- Management System (IATF, ISO 14001).
- Fluent in English.
Job Description:
- Achieve PPIC/Warehouse KPI targets.
- Check all document forecast report, Production plan, material requipment planning and inventory to customer request.
- Controlling customer order requests and on time parts.
- Controlling forecast by updating based on customer information and new project.
- Controlling production planning based on the forecast of the customers as effective & efficient as possible to achieve corporate policy.
- Monitoring inventory stock.
- Support on IATF and ISO 14001 implementation with weekly report to manager.
- Make a problem analysis of forecast planning production, material requipment planning and inventory.
- Do Horenzo, 5S, Safety and abnormality action in area Workplace.
