Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A. Mall General Manager
Place: Cinere, Depok
Requirements:
- The maximum age is 45 years
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in related major
- Has experience as GM Mall
- Have experience in the Mall sector for at least 5 years Able to create work policies and procedures for marketing, finance, personnel to achieve predetermined targets
- Fostering good relationships with government and private agencies/institutions to create smooth and good cooperative relationships
- Monitoring and examining work unit operational costs, budgeting plans
- Ensure that occupancy and sales targets are achieved with the relevant Dept
- Supervising, directing, coaching subordinate work units on the implementation of work programs and achieving company targets.
Interpersonal skills:
- Have good leadership and communication skills, able to lead operational teams & establish relationships between division heads
- Build good networking with various parties
Technical Capabilities:
- Have good Risk Management skills
B. Internal Audit Manager
Place: Bellagio, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Economics.
- The maximum age is 45 years.
- Minimum five years experience as an internal auditor in a corporate function.
- Has experience in a property development company.
- Carrying out Internal Audits on the management control system, conducting regular site audits, routine SAD and Finance Reconciliation audits.
- Evaluate and validate current and new systems that will be implemented regarding control, management, monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of systems and procedures for each company unit.
- Develop annual risk-based Internal Audit plans and programs.
- Ensure that the information or data managed and reported meets the criteria of accurate, reliable, timely, consistent and useful.
- Formulate audit results, recommend actions or solutions to mitigate risks, prepare audit reports, and improve team performance.
Interpersonal skills:

C. Leasing Corporate Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
- Age 30 – 45 years
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Mall and Retail sector
- Have good networking in retail and malls
- Advertise available properties using a variety of promotional media and materials
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Act as a landlord to property owners and help them navigate the property market
- Consult with prospective tenants to identify needs and budgets, then match those needs with available properties.
- Provide potential renters with brochures, information, and tours of available facilities and units.
- Present the property and the amenities provided in a positive light to potential tenants
Technical capabilities:
- Ability to review & assess lease agreements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellence service in handling consumers / tenants
- Have an attractive appearance, friendly, polite
