PT. Indonesia Epson Industry (IEI), is a leading printer manufacturing company in EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi.
We produce various models of Epson printers. During peak season more than 10,000 employees work in this factory to produce more than 1 million printers in a single month, and most of all are for export market.
Now IEI is searching for dynamic and professional people to join our team as:
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Handle quotation price from vendor and do verification
- Summarize all price in each model and escalation the price issue.
- Monitoring and updating cost estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges
- Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether
- Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels
- Collecting cost data from suppliers to track material costs
- Preparing reports to management regarding costs and expenses
- Preparing bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Engineering.
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Proficiency in using Ms. Excel
- Full-Time position(s) available
