Area Retail Supervisor
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in (Jakarta, Depok, Bogor, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo), Indonesia. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, training and coaching team members, maintaining product knowledge of the store, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring inventory control.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Retail Operations, and Product Knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to improve performance
- Ability to motivate and train team members to reach their full potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
