Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Report buying trends, market trends, customer needs and profit to brand management and principal
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance according to brand’s policies and procedures
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training or workshops
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
- Provide couching, counselling and conduct personnel assessment regularly
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- Required skill(s): English, computery, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales – Retail industry especially in fashion/footwear/lifestyle.
- Have an understanding about KPIs Metrics.
- Having experience dealing with mass product.
- Detail and target oriented.
- Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday
- Willing to placed in Jabodetabek, Samarinda, Solo, Bali, Kerawang, Bandung, and Surabaya.
