Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Build relationship and hire agent with preferred skills to generate APE.
- Developing agent skills and manage agent activities in collaboration with a Sales Trainer.
- Monitoring agent performance and ensure a code of conduct is enforced in every activity.
- Developing agents relationship that aims to increase knowledge, commitment, honesty, and willingness to support and grow the business.
- Understanding sales goals, create a business plan, and coordinate efforts to meet quarterly and annual goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum having a bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Having minimum 3 years managing Agency in Insurance.
- Having experience in selling financial services or investment products.
- Having experience in a team / as a team leader and willing to work mobile.
- Having experience as a Branch Manager, Team Leader or Senior Relationship Manager of a bank.
- Having experience as AM / Regional Manager from Insurance Company.
- Able to recruit new Agents.
- Domicile in Surabaya, Jawa Timur is a must.
