Handle and resolve as well as monitor legal issues at the JACCS MPM Finance Indonesia branch office
Qualification:
- Minimum S1 majoring in Law from reputable university
- Have knowledge of Hukum Acara (Civil & Criminal)
- Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Litigation
- Have PERADI Advocate License is a must
- Understand the laws of the financing industry and OJK
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking
- 2 candidates are needed for the placement of Medan & Surabaya
