Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Esther Aesthetic Clinic is one of the longest aesthetic clinic to exist in Surabaya. Founded in 1994, dr. Esther Sri Pertiwiningsih have vision for everyone to have a healthy skin. To achieve this healthy skin, Esther Aesthetic Clinic provides you with our Herbal Treatment, Advanced Treatment, and Medical Treatment as our treatment on clinic, along Cosmetic as our home care.
Esther Aesthetic Clinic is looking for:
- Minimal education D3 in Pharmacy
- Have a valid STRTTK (Surat Tanda Regstrasi Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian)
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Have good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team, honest and tenacious
On this position, you have to:
- Responsible for cabin and retail product traffic
- Check the completeness of the Beauty Therapist’s kit
- Check the prescription before given to the patient
- Carrying out administrative and filling tasks in the warehouse in the form of stock cards and writing routine reports.
- Carry out pharmacy administration tasks
- Carry out stock opname every month and make reports
- Submission of routine orders & urgent orders, product complaints, product returns
- Report damaged equipment and submit equipment repairs
- Assist with the maintenance of facilities, tools and materials/products used in the branch (buildings, office equipment, operational equipment, linen, etc.)
- Replace the Front Desk if the person concerned is not there
