Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key responsibilities:
- Handle order processing management, and sales order creation. Using SAP Sales and Distribution module.
- Maintain customer master data for effective order management purposes.
- Coordinate with customers, salesman, supply chain team & and others involved.
- Member of supply chain team to deliver Supply Chain KPIs i.e. Service Level, Customer Complaint, Inventory management, Warehouse & and logistics.
- Help to resolve hard complaints and escalations to related parties.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Communication with Finance, Marketing, and Sales team.
- Send daily/monthly reports of CS team performance.
- Ensure the team is always on top of SLA to achieve KPI.
Requirements:
- A minimum of S1 (Bachelor) degree in Marketing Communication or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, preferably in the FMCG or Import Trading industry.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Familiar with SAP B1 systems and practices is a plus.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
