PT Mitra Usaha Lancar Jaya (Mulya) is a new company, about 5 years, specializing in providing high-end products for the building industry. We focus on providing premium kitchen and wardrobe cabinetry system with Stella Mobili brand, and also premium aluminium system with Spectral Industries brand.
Stella Mobili provides European standard cabinetry system by using the highest quality materials, as well as being the authorized dealers for several premium cabinetry brands in Italy such as Binova, Miton, Alf DaFre and more.
Spectral Industries has more than 25 years of experience in aluminium work. Our range of quality products, that are extensively tested, together with our proffesional service enures Spectral is uniquely positioned to support both residential and commercial sectors. Spectral carry a complete range of hardware and accessories to complement all aluminium system. Spectral also has an inhouse R&D team to support all kinds of custom requests for our projects.

Job Descriptions
- Design, plan, prepare and manage the shop drawings, 3d render and other documents required for the project.
- Communicate and maintain relationship with client and designers, to provide them with the product according to their needs
- To become the main point of contact for the business
- Identify opportunities to develop business relations with existing clients
- Find and build relations with new clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 Ilmu Interior Designer / Komunikasi / Marketing
- Having experience in Kitchen / Wardrobe / Furniture / Interior minimum 2 year
- Having excellent communication and marketing and negotiation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in preparation of interior related construction drawings and 3D presentation drawings
- Able to work under pressure
