Job Description :
- Maintain customer retention by providing first class service
- deal with enquires and complaints and resolving the issue / request
- drive consistency within yout internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
- have a strong understanding of the Customer Service measuring program – Observation Checklist
- Analyze Sales reports to assist in makin key sales decisions
- following a weekly brief, ensure that this is applied in store and maintain high visual standards
- attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques
- build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise.
- develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company
Job Requirement :
- Minimal S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
- At least 3 years of working experience in Fashion retail industry
- Experience in Fashion brand will be an advantage.
- Preferably Store Head specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Good computer skills.
- Develop and promote sales, good in marketing strategies and goals.
- Strong leadership , interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Target oriented, services excellent, hard worker and ready to work under pressure.
- Self motivated, analytical in approach and people skills.
- Willing to be Placed in Surabaya
