Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Determine the strategy and objectives of the sales & marketing division, related to market development and increasing sales.
- Analyze market/competitor movements and determine a strategic plan for the company’s progress.
- Responsible for achieving team sales targets.
- Responsible for marketing strategy plans and use of promotional funds, as well as market expansion.
- Carrying out work team coaching to increase the work motivation of the team.
Requirements:
- Has experience in sales & marketing in FMCG Food & Beverage industry
- Expert in branding and market development of FMCG products
- Able to lead a team in executing all projects
