Deskripsi Pekerjaan
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum SMA / SMK from hospitality and tourism
- Minimum 1 year experience as a guest relation officer or hostess
- Responsible, discipline, and honest
- Excellent communication with great personalities
- Willing to work in shift, during weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work in Surabaya (Graha Famili) or Malang (Villa Puncak Tidar)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible as an online administrator for Common Grounds and Krui Artisan Bakery
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Manage reservations either in person, over the phone, or online
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Provide menus and upselling as well as packing pastry or cake
- Greet customers upon their departure
- Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
- Coordinate with floor team about available seating options
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the restaurant
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Working together with operational and marketing team for marketing or event purpose
