Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Minimum SMA / SMK from hospitality and tourism
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a guest relation officer or hostess
  • Responsible, discipline, and honest
  • Excellent communication with great personalities
  • Willing to work in shift, during weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to work in Surabaya (Graha Famili) or Malang (Villa Puncak Tidar)


  • Responsible as an online administrator for Common Grounds and Krui Artisan Bakery
  • Welcome guests to the venue
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Manage reservations either in person, over the phone, or online
  • Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
  • Provide menus and upselling as well as packing pastry or cake
  • Greet customers upon their departure
  • Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues
  • Coordinate with floor team about available seating options
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the restaurant
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
  • Working together with operational and marketing team for marketing or event purpose
