Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in the Human Resources department, supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Assist in managing disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  1. Benefits Administration:
  • Support employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration of benefit programs.
  1. HR Compliance:
  • Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Track and maintain training records.
  1. Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees’ understanding and compliance with these policies.
  1. Employee Data Management:
  • Maintain employee files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and data analysis as needed.
  1. HR Projects:
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance appraisals, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system implementations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passionate to be incolved in the education development
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or related roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools for record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Familiar and understand the Labor Law applied in Indonesia
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.
