Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead infrastructure segment growth by driving high revenue, working closely with business development, specification and other functions
  2. Directly manage large strategic accounts and enhance business relationship with existing customers
  3. Monitor and achieve assigned annual sales target and Gross margin %.
  4. Developing new market opportunities for Hempel in the Infrastructure and Performance OEM segment.
  5. Developing strong relationships with industry influencers and important stakeholders in driving and penetrating specifications and business development efforts.

Key Tasks

  1. Achieving annual sales target
  2. Sales of new and/or targeted products, i.e.PFP paints
  3. Build main contractors, fabricators and specialist PFP applicators contacts network
  4. Build strong sales pipeline and execute pipeline conversion
  5. Ensuring minimum 90% rate of CRM data quality
  6. Collaborates with Infra sales head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all products lines
  7. Work together with business development team to promote and develop new market opportunities for infrastructure and P.OEM in Indonesia market
  8. Identify and establishing new customer contacts, maintain existing relationships with the assets owners, architects, civil engineers and main contractors, and to elevate Hempel to the “top of the recall” brand amongst these key customers
  9. To strengthen relationships with country regulatory agencies other relevant parties.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

  1. Degree in Marketing /Engineering /Chemistry /Sales Management or experience-equivalent
  2. 2-7 years working experience, preferably with proven sales record preferably in construction fire protection industry
  3. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  4. Strong negotiation skills
  5. At least 5-8 year in the coating related industry
  6. a key account management position, working for an international supplier of technical solutions to the construction industry
  7. Should have worked with cross functional teams and been able to drive results
