Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A. Job Description
1. Ensure procurement bills and requests for goods
2. Ensure the logistics administration data to the sender
3. Ensure purchase transactions and delivery of goods to shipping agents are related.
4. Ensure all communication with customers about purchases to scheduling delivery of goods are smooth & recorded.
5. Ensure all communication with the delivery party about the delivery status of the goods that have been ordered.
6. Ensure all goods in the warehouse are stored properly so that there is no damage to the goods.
7. Ensure all costs and the bookkeeping properly.
8. Ensure all for the disposal of goods that are no longer useful or damaged are related
9. Ensure timely generation and submission daily / weekly / monthly reports for outport
10. Liaise and coordinate with overseas principal/ vendors/ customers, depots, carriers on delivery date and pick-up.
B. Job Qualification (Skillsets)
1. English is a must
2. Communication skills
3. Negotiation skills
4. Teamwork, Proactive & Responsive
5. Ms. Office and advance in Excel
6. Customer Management Skills / Customer Centric
C. Job Requirements
1. Minimum S1 in Transportation/ Shipping/ Supply chain or related field
2. Good knowledge of liner & freight forwarding
3. Good knowledge about Agencies
4. Familiar with Logistic System/ Software
D. Experiences
1. Min. 2 years as Logistic Staff
