Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Roles and Responsibilities:

Segmentation and Targeting

  • Understand customer segmentation in alignment with the defined criteria.
  • Plan and collect data on existing customers to refresh or confirm variables of customer segmentation criteria.
  • Identify new customers and record his / her variables based on customer segmentation criteria.
  • Prioritize call activities in line with Segmentation and Targeting

Sales Planning

  • Identify business opportunities and agree on targets/requirements from Sales Manager.
  • Develop Territory Sales Plan and align with Sales Manager.
  • Translate Territory Plan into Cycle Activity Plan.
  • Prioritize coverage of high-value customers.
  • Review Territory Sales Plan vs Actual with Sales Manager to ensure alignment.

Customer Focused Selling

  • Prepare a pre-call plan.
  • Ask high-gain questions to uncover needs/beliefs.
  • Deliver messages in line with the Product Summary.
  • Capture customer interaction including the next call objective.

Promotion Cycle Management

  • Provide feedback to marketing on changes in market dynamics, competitor activities, and cycle strategy in cycle meetings and territory reports.
  • Obtain a clear understanding of brand strategy and Cycle Sales Plan implementation.
  • Conduct necessary marketing activities (Round Table Discussion) among customers to introduce or to maintain their awareness towards our product.

Formulary Listing

  • Work closely with Sales Manager to develop and execute activities as planned.
  • Develop advocates to support Formulary Listing 
  • Develop and implement Territory Formulary Listing Plan
  • Report the progress of listing outcome (Organon vs competitors) at the territory level and adjust the action plan as appropriate.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/ Pharmacy/ Life sciences, or any other related field.
  • Proven medical sales experience, at least 2 years. Experience in MNCs is much more appreciated.
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including the ethic and compliance.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency is much preferred.
  • Unquestioned Integrity.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and flexibility for relocation.
  • Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in response to communications challenges and opportunities.
