Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow 
  • Ensure adherence to fine dining standards and implement continuous improvements in service quality 
  • Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment 
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance the skills and performance of the team 
  • Uphold impeccable customer service standards and ensure an extraordinary dining experience for every guest 
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets 
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, wine list, and seasonal offerings 
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar to enhance the menu and create memorable dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment Implement and enforce hygiene and saferty protocols 
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and drive customer engagament 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment for a minimum 3-5 years 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities 
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette 
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control 
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a hight-performing team
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills 
  • Thorough understanding of the fine dining industry, including trends and best practices 
  • Familiarity with food and beverage regulations and licensing Ability to work on weekends and holidays
