Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Create and implement sales strategy by thoroughly understanding the needs and demands of both current and new customers in order to meet objectives and budgetary targets; Prepare quotes and proposals; Contract and negotiate with clients; seek out and investigate new business opportunities.
  • Customer service: Visit and communicate with customers on a frequent basis; swiftly answer their questions; accept and track their orders to ensure they are delivered on schedule.
  • Quality and Safety Management: Adherence to all policies and guidelines related to quality and safety within the organization
  • Create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
  • Lead the negotiating process to address unresolved customer concerns about contracts, product delivery, MTOP, price increases, and other commercial issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Product Management & Business Development in a multi-national organization
  • Experience with customer relationships
  • Experience in leading and developing teams in an environment of change
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or degree level, preferably with some demonstrable academic achievement
  • Strong knowledge in Welding & F&B Segment
  • Language skills: Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
