We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Staff to join our team for East Java branch. In this role, you will provide support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries. Sales are the biggest driver of our company’s success, so your position play a crucial role at our company.

- Maintain communication with customers in coordination with Sales Manager.
- Provide customer administration transactions including:
– Prepare and send quotations
– Receive customer purchase orders
– Create sales orders in ERP system
– Generate delivery order and send to warehouse
– Coordinate with warehouse for delivery
– Coordinate with logistics team to respond to customer status request
– Collect signed delivery order or shipping documents for preparing and issuing sales invoices
– Generate and issue of sales invoice
- Receive initial inquiries from potential customers who respond to digital marketing, and forward to relevant sales personnel based on protocol set by sales manager.
- Support sales management for marketing activities including exhibits, advertising materials based on requests of sales manager.
- Provide general administrative support to sales manager.
- Report to management on stock levels, supply status, including delays to fulfill customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics about status of incoming goods from overseas and local suppliers.
- Coordinate warranty and after-warranty maintenance services in conjunction with sales manager, service team, customers, and suppliers.
- Prepare travel arrangements for sales team as requested by sales manager.
- Support other sales activities tasks.
- Experienced in sales administration process and procedure is preferable
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, but SMK/SMA graduated with experiences is welcome to apply
- Able to operate computers and excellent in using MS office, Internet and ERP system
- Good knowledge of correspondence, filling and administration.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Communication with written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English. Actively improve English where needed.
- Able to carry out other tasks as directed by direct supervisor or management at any time
