Mengantar is a growing startup company located in Malang. We are here to assist in the delivery process to ensure packages are delivered successfully, rather than returned. We achieve this by utilizing a platform and monitoring by our customer support team.
Mengantar assists users who conduct both cash-on-delivery (COD) and non-COD sales. While we do not provide couriers directly, we collaborate with expedition services.
To utilize the Mengantar platform, users need to register on the platform and provide the required information. Once registered, users can easily track the package delivery process and communicate with our customer support. Our customer support team communicates with users/sellers, the expedition service (package sender), and buyers throughout the package delivery process until the package reaches its destination.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture decisions, and conduct insightful code reviews
- Actively participate in daily Scrums and other Agile ceremonies
- Deliver formal and informal presentations to colleagues, and stakeholders
- Perform software engineering tasks (new modules, improvement, bug fixing, etc) within the process framework established for the ongoing development of applications and products
- Collaborate with Project Manager , Stakeholders, Design Team, and others team to establish achievable requirements
- Collaborate with Project Manager to identify to identify/clarify project goals, establish useful milestones, and develop a breakdown of the engineering tasks to be performed
- Create software designs, and implements and tests those designs to meet established requirements
- Participate in technical/design reviews as required by the application framework
- Understand and provide solutions for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues
Requirements:
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Full Stack Developer using ReactJS and Node JS
- Mandatory experience with MongoDB
- Able to write clean, clear, and readable code
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with other frontend framework, such as: VueJS is a plus
- Familiar with other backend language, such as: Go / Phyton / PHP is a plus
- Experience with MySQL is a plus
