Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work in Surabaya Office (Hybrid) 
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
  • Professionally fluent in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Familiar and up to date with Indonesia HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative


Job Scope:

  • End to end processing of monthly payroll computation for permanent and part time employees
  • Communicate and address payroll queries and provide information to employees, ensure data integrity and prompt response within the stipulated timeline.
  • Handle monthly, annual and periodic filing of statutory contributions.
  • Prepare all HR legal documents such as confirmation letter
  • Work closely with the external payroll vendor
  • Identify, recommend and operational improvements to streamline HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist and review HR processes and procedures, assist to develop and implement company policies and employee handbook.
  • Implement key HR operation processes to ensure regulatory compliance and internal compliance.
  • Liaise with line managers and country manager to ensure performance appraisal is fully collected by required timeline
  • Processing work permits and necessary arrangement for expatriate employees required by law.
  • Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by the direct manager.
