- Establishment of HR policies; Participate in the formulation of employee handbook, labor contract, policies on employee attendance, performance, salary and welfare etc.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; responsible for the recruitment process – review and shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support the effective onboarding of new hires.
- Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation and claims, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.
- Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
- Assist in Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
- Preparation of HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.
- Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.
- Familiar with labour law, regulations, labour market trend and practice in Indonesia;
- Have good language expression and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, quick thinking, strong coordination skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
- Active and careful work, strong resistance to pressure, good attitude, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart
