Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:

• D3/S1 degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Maximum 25 years old
• Fluent in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Hard-working and Communicative
• Ability to work as a team
• Understand about export – import document, processes, policy, and systems.
• Attention to detail, interpersonal and negotiation skills

The assignment of responsibilities :

• Carry out administrative and technical processes for all activities of procurement, ordering, bidding, purchasing and requesting goods needed by the company
• Calculate the need for raw material stock and carry out the clearance process
• Plan, buy and control the demand for imported materials
• Search, evaluate and negotiate with vendors / suppliers regarding the purchase of imported goods
• Manage cooperation with vendors/suppliers, both those
• Understanding the process of procurement of goods from requests, permits, purchases, making purchase orders to obtaining approval from superiors.
• Controlling the delivery process and handling claims to the supplier if there are goods that are not in accordance with the request
