- Provide customers with an excellent level of service, convenience in shopping and get a shopping satisfying experience
- Responsible in achieving sales performance as targeted
- Optimizing sales opportunities through the execution of visual merchandising strategy
- To ensure development of team, Develop and promote Sales
Requirement
- Min S1 Any Major
- Having min 3 year experiences in underwear and sport apparel/retail environment in Store Head/Manager role
- Preferably Store Head Specialized in Sales – Retails/General or Equivalent
- Stong Leadership, interpersonal, and Communication Skill
- Target Oriented, Services Excellent, hard worker and ready to work under pressure
- Self Motivated, analytical in approcah and people Skills
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
