Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the Freight Forwarding business at strategic level. You will have full P+L and budgeting responsibility and full autonomy to run & grow the branch office.
In addition to managing the operations process, you will be tasked with implementing better working practices / procedures and making the operation more efficient. Good people management and the ability to motivate & get the best out of people is a key requirement for this role.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous senior management experience
- Previous Freight Forwarding experience
- Managing a team
- Commercial awareness & strategic thinker
- Good communication skills
