Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Continue development of customer loyalty in the EAST JAVA territory
  • Expanding relationship with existing customer, generating new leads and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Schedule appointments and visit customers, effectively utilize platforms for digital communications
  • Uncover customer needs, and provide technical solutions
  • Follow up all sales lead, quotation, negotiation and win new business within area of responsibility
  • Organize and provide technical, product presentation and demonstration or trial according to the agreed plan with your manager
  • Willing to be placed in SURABAYA and Surrounding or other big cities in Indonesia 


  • Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering discipline from reputable university
  • Have at least 3 years or more sales experience in Industrial Products, especially Rotating Equipment/ Pumps, will be beneficial
  • Team player with positive attitude, customer centric and are willing take on challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Process oriented and ability to work in a multicultural organization with analytics and achievement oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Command of written and spoken English is a must
  • Discipline in doing Sales Report and Administration stuffs
  • Have own vehicle (Car) will be prioritized
  • Must be willing to travel frequently within the country or region

Product Training will be provided at our in-house and overseas manufacturing/ office locations for the right candidates.
