PT. Landmark Retail Trading Indonesia is hunting for leaders to be put in our stores across Indonesia. All the leaders that are suitable with the requirements will support our brands Max Fashions & Babyshop
Here are the requirements to become a store leader:
- Responsible for planning and driving the store’s retail operations so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stocking, an increase in customer satisfaction, and continued business growth while maintaining the desired visual merchandising and retail operations.
- Maximize productivity targets ( ATV, Conversion, etc)
- Able to analyze the customer profile and implement through Visual Merchandiser
- Advanced Knowledge of retail processes and retail industry
- Advanced Knowledge of Merchandising, Stock Management and Inventory processes
- Leadership skills and having strong integrity
- Advanced in English for oral and written
